Aston Croft are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a Commercial Contract to provide Asbestos surveys, sample and testing to over 450 commercial buildings throughout Hampshire, Sussex, Oxfordshire and Kent.

we recently became an approved supplier to provide consultancy services to one of the UK’s largest Housing Association Groups. This is fantastic news for us at Aston Croft and we are looking forward to working with the group.

we are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed and signed off our prestigious project of 14 new build flats. The flats have all been successfully let to new tenants and we are now block managing the building and site wide elements of the site.
19/09/08
we came to the end of a hugely successful instruction to audit and validate over 250 building defect reports carried out by others. We accepted this instruction with the knowledge that we were on a limited time scale to complete all reports.

we are very pleased to announce that we are currently in the process of building our very own high tech offices within the Sussex countryside. We have been very happy with our head office based in Hove. However, due to our decision of closing the commercial agency department to concentrate more on our specialised core business, we felt it was time to move on, and we couldn’t be happier.

Due to our ever increasing Scandinavian connections we successfully completed the refurbishment of three summer houses just outside Malmo in Sweden. This was a 10 month project using local Swedish contractors. During this time we were approached by another company to tender for another project of which we are currently considering.
